Bee Realty Corp, which has two offices in DeLand and one in Deltona, keeps adding agents to its staff. Three of the more recent additions are Ruthann Cotto, Patti Stokes and Christian Holzman.

Cotto grew up in Deltona and is proud to have witnessed the city’s enormous transformation firsthand. She has always had a passion for real estate and began her career on the lender side of the business.

While Cotto enjoyed many years of helping mortgage clients get to the closing table, being a Realtor® is her true passion. She strives every day to build lifelong relationships with her clients, leveraging her top-notch negotiation skills and thorough knowledge of this area’s market.

Stokes started working with Bee Realty Corp in March 2021 after selling real estate in Mount Dora for four years. She is very active in the DeLand community and is a Central Florida native, growing up in Orlando and graduating from Stetson University.

Stokes enjoys listening to the needs of customers and navigating negotiations. She always strives to do what is best for them to ensure a successful closing. Her favorite real estate quote is “Home is where the heart is,” which is a driver for the feeling she wants her customers to feel after finishing a transaction.

Holzman was born and raised in DeLand in the real estate industry. He became a Realtor® in 2004, and loves that he is following in the footsteps of his father, Tom Holzman, and grandfather, Gordon Holzman.

Holzman enjoys helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, as well as making life easier for landlords. He is very community-driven and is heading up Bee Realty Corp’s Property Management department at its Woodland Boulevard location.
