The days of dealing with chronic back pain, neck pain and migraines will soon be a thing of the past for residents of Volusia County.
Dedicated to providing one-on-one care for a variety of conditions, Impulse Chiropractic and Rehab is here to help each patient reach their individual health goals.
“I really feel that one-on-one care is what’s missing in the medical world,” said Dr. Casey Attenberger, owner of Impulse Chiropractic and Rehab in DeBary. “When do you go in to see a doctor and have their full attention for an entire hour? It’s very rare. That’s why at my office each patient gets that hour of individualized care they deserve.”
Dr. Casey opened Impulse Chiropractic and Rehab in November 2021 after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange. “I came right out of school and opened up my practice,” she said. “I felt like a lot of chiropractors were encouraging their patients to come in more than necessary, so I wanted to offer an entirely different model of care for my patients.”
At Impulse Chiropractic and Rehab, Dr. Casey likes to see her patients no more than once a week. “I try to see my patients once a week at MOST,” said Dr. Casey. “In office, we perform a lot of rehabilitation and exercise, which have longer-lasting results. Take-home exercises are utilized often for patients to continue care at home when not in the office.”
Impulse Chiropractic and Rehab’s services include chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation, soft tissue mobilization, electrotherapy and heat, as well as physicals for school, sports and CDL licenses.
“One of the first things I do when you come into the office is to find out what your goals for care are,” said Dr. Casey. “Are you looking to be able to pick up your grandkids again, play racquetball or get back in the gym? Whatever it may be, I will make sure that we attempt to reach those personal health goals.”
Impulse Chiropractic and Rehab is located at 2808 Enterprise Road, Suite 101, in DeBary. Office hours are 7 a.m.–1 p.m. Mondays, 10:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Tuesdays, 2 p.m.–8 p.m. Wednesdays, 7 a.m.–2 p.m. Fridays; and 8 a.m.–11 a.m. Saturdays.
