A DeLand Police sergeant was on his way to work in the late afternoon/early evening Feb. 1, driving on North Woodland Boulevard, when he saw a middle-aged man urinating on the side of a building. Interestingly enough, the building is headquarters for a law firm.

When the sergeant contacted Public Pee’er, the latter “immediately pulled his [pants] up and zipped them.” He told the officer he’d needed to relieve himself and “was starting to pee on himself.”

Public Pee’er apologized and said that “he would clean it off.”

The sergeant told him that cars had been passing by and he’d been “exposed to everyone.”

Public Pee’er was handcuffed and taken to jail, booked on a charge of breach of peace/disorderly conduct.

It doesn’t seem that Public Pee’er was angry at the law firm whose building he sprinkled. But if you have a grievance with those lawyers, I suggest you find a legal way to let them know you’re p*****.
