Mark Grenier of DeLand is the building official for the City of Clermont. He has more than 21 years of experience as a licensed building official in Florida.
Grenier is a veteran, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the Florida Army National Guard. He is a member of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association, Building Officials Association of Florida, and International Association of Electrical Inspectors.
Grenier received his degree from Columbia Southern University.
All six appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
