spring garden vineyard

Wanda Lennon is opening the gates to Spring Garden Vineyard for a seventh year of allowing customers to pick and purchase the assorted varieties of tasty muscadine grapes grown in the DeLeon Springs vineyard. Robin and Wanda Lennon started Spring Garden Vineyard in 2015.

Spring Garden Vineyard opened Friday, Aug. 12, and scheduled hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Friday through Sunday. For those who would like to come at a different time, please call and we can schedule an appointment.

For those who like to make jelly, juice and wine, we will have several varieties with excellent yields of quality grapes. Wanda’s kitchen will also be busy making a variety of jellies and some other delicious muscadine treats.

We are happy to report that the tests carried out by the Florida Department of Agriculture once again confirmed the absence of any pesticide residue in the fruit samples. Our 2022 crop is being grown without the use of chemical pesticides or fungicides.

You can reach us at upicksgv@gmail.com, or give us a call at 386-804-5519. We are at 980 Reynolds Road, between U.S. Highway 17 and State Road 11, in DeLeon Springs. Directions can be found on our website, https://springgardenvineyard.com.

We look forward to the upcoming season and seeing everyone who enjoys the unique taste and benefits of fresh local grapes. Please tell your friends, family and neighbors about us, and we’ll see you on the vineyard!
