In the waning minutes of the primary campaign, Deltona mayoral candidate Gus Kostianis stops at Burger King on the city’s north side to get his name out to passers-by. Rather than monitoring the election results Earle on, Kostianis said he is planning to watch a film at the Epic Theaters.
