We are writing this to applaud the wonderful firemen, hazmat workers, policemen and emergency responders who were called to the Holiday Inn pepper-spraying incident on April 12.
We were guests at the hotel and were firsthand recipients of their high-quality attention to us and all the other guests. Your city and county are privileged to have such extremely professional, caring and very special public servants. We cannot say enough about what we experienced and saw during this ordeal.
