‘Partnering for Preservation’ Panel Discussion

A panel discussion about preserving our local community. Panelists are Wayne Carter, executive director of the MainStreet DeLand Association; Mark Shuttleworth, lifelong preservationist and member of the board of directors of the West Volusia Historical Society; Belinda Williams-Collins, senior planner for the City of DeLand; and preservationist and investor Roxanne Scalia. Topics include local preservation initiatives, successes and challenges.
