A woman who lives in Lake County came over the bridge to DeLand Feb. 5 and was caught shoplifting in a discount store. (Wasn’t everything there cheap enough already?)
When DeLand police arrived, they learned that Sticky Fingers had an open warrant out for her in Volusia County, in regard to drug charges.
And, as if shoplifting and having a warrant out weren’t enough, the police found narcotics on Sticky Fingers.
Just a reminder: If you’re in a hole, stop digging.
