Thanks to public-health professor Asal Johnson of Stetson University for this video, which features Florida legislator Anna Eskamani explaining the holiday of Nowruz and its significance.
Eskamani was invited to speak at a Nowruz event today on the Stetson University campus, hosted by Johnson and her students in global health, but couldn’t come because the Florida Legislature is in session in Tallahassee. She sent this video, instead.
