Join us at the Thin Man Amphitheatre at 10 AM on May 18 for the dedication of the historic plaque for Greater Union First Baptist Church. We will walk to the Church for the plaque unveiling.

At 11:00 we will meet at 247 W Voorhis Avenue to begin our guided walking tour that will include explanation of murals, the history of James W. Wright and the Wright Building, and the Orange Baker Post 187 American Legion museum.
At 12:00 participants are invited to enjoy the afternoon at the Florida Emancipation Day activities at the African American Museum of Arts and the Block Party at Greater Union Church.
No charge for this event but registration is required.
